Julie Brinker Photography Becomes Perfect Home Art with Re-Brand

The Nashville-based wedding and family photographer, Julie Brinker Photography, is hanging up her camera… at least for weddings.

Brinker says she would like more time with her children and to focus on her artistic canvas collection, available on Etsy.com. “I’ve really enjoyed working with so many amazing couples throughout these past few years, but it’s time for me to step back and focus on photography as an art,” she says. “I’ve been selling nature photography on Etsy and going forward will be calling my business Perfect Home Art, to showcase that these photos are the perfect addition to any home, and look beautiful anywhere.”

Perfect Home Art features photographs that Brinker has taken of nature and animals, including her most popular image of the Total Solar Eclipse that took place in 2017.

“That eclipse was actually the impetus for me to decide to list my photography on Etsy. It was such an incredible phenomenon and so beautiful that I couldn’t keep it to myself and I knew that people might be interested in having a keepsake from that incredible day,” says Brinker. Her shot of the eclipse in Nashville has been her number one selling item through her Etsy shop.

“I was really lucky that day, because we picked the exact right location to see the eclipse in its totality. People just a mile up the road couldn’t see it due to cloud coverage. I was very blessed to get the shots I did, and I wanted to share that with others.”

Julie Brinker has been practicing photography since 2012 when she began Julie Brinker Photography and shot over 200 weddings in Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama. Her nature photography is now available online through her Etsy Shop, ‘Perfect Home Art.’
