420 is a secret code which stoners use to communicate to each other that is time to get medicated, stoned or high on marijuana or weed. I have personally been using it as an aid to heal spiritually and physically for at least six years. I suffer from PTSD, Insomnia and several other health conditions, which are a result of serious trauma in my childhood. Those who know about me, the first thing I do is explain that I am a stoner and I was an addict to meth and cocaine for five years straight (I became sober in 2011 of everything but, I started using marijuana a couple years after.)

It’s not really a choice like some think it is. When you are an addict, it is your body that takes over control of everything that you do and it’s very hard to reprogram your mind. Marijuana has helped me for example, I have been hospitalized for months as a teenager because I had an eating disorder (bulimia) and had tried to kill myself in a foster home I was living in. This is all the result from holding in the shame that I experienced. As a child I was repeatedly sexually abused and molested, both by other children and an adult. I did not have a safe environment to go home to where someone would care about my day, so I was mostly treated as a burden my whole life by the people around me and held inside all this information- as literally no one cared.

Ok, so right now, the two most intriguing conversations happening in America, having to do with the marijuana movements & business, which are going on around me are by Demi Lovato, and Jeffree Star. Jeffree launched a new stoner line of stuff, I still have to really look through it but, from the photos I saw, everything looks super good- like the colors are fresh and the designs are always filled with life and love. Also, the news etc are really focused on Demi right now for various reasons.
