Monsanto is less than 50 miles from where I am. They have the Monsanto protected wetlands and all the engineering that you write about. The planes leave from less than 20 miles from here.

We see the white horizon and light blue sky all day every day. Clouds form wave lines like ripples in the water. Heavy rain clouds disappear in an hour or two. They appear in the same. You can see the origin of the waves start from a certain circle point to the north and one to the south. They have them out west and positioned less than a hundred miles apart. I think it started in the old doppler radar towers and now has spread to antenna towers that are grouped in 12 or so. I watched the power companies install high power lines to a few of these tower groupings. One is just outside of Lincoln. I know of several people that have tried to make the world aware and suddenly they had “nervous breakdowns” that were completely out of their nature. Many suffered extreme mental issues like hearing voices where the years before revealed nothing. I think that tesla technology of vibration is at work in both weather mod and individual attacks.
In our country money is power and when you have enough then you do what ever you want. The company owns everything here and do so under different names. The 4.3 million farmers of the 80′s had leaders that later became the power. They took the land from independent farmers. They do as they please here and have the federal government behind them. Their is even a youtube video of a senator visiting the air port and pointing out the planes that we see every day. Nothing was done and nothing will be done.
We have a different legislature than the rest of the U.S. They own it easily. We have not really elected anyone outside of the “m” family in decades. We have no say and our votes are not counted. No way to check on how you voted or how it was counted. The human does not matter to the “M”
They now spray “aluminum oxide?” into the upper atmosphere. By doing so the create a layer to bounce their waves off of. This ricochets to the lower level clouds and creates two separate layers of clouds between the wave signals. In doing so they reflect the rays of the sun back out. The chemical they spray falls to the ground and reacts with the gasses released by the earth and “nullifies?” them. Maybe makes it heavy or through vibration causes a different chemical? I do not know exactly. Yet I do see the brown clouds that lie low to the ground disappear. Those low lying horizon viewed brown clouds are carbon monoxide and a type of hydrogen sulfate. A poison that causes hysteria and animal like behavior in humans.
This is how they are passing it our legislature.
