In May 2010 the Rockefeller Foundation think tank published a 54 page manuscript titled: Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development. I will be covering it more in depth in my next video, but in this video you will see how the Global Elite have set us up by publishing these papers years in advance to when the actual ‘Event’ that they are using as a ‘what if’ goes live. The Rockefeller Foundation, much like the Gates Foundation and their recent ‘Event 201′ which they held this past October 18th both predicted the Coronavirus epidemic and the related psychological operations that were attached to them such as ‘medical’ martial law and quarantining of the public.
