How Can Russia's COVID19 Numbers Be So Low and NY Governor Andrew Cuomo Says the Virus Only Kills Seniors and Calls in the National Guard

I have been following the data coming from the John Hopkins Coronavirus Data App for several days now. The one country that I have been focusing on is Russia. What I have noticed about Russia is that the numbers being reported are very low for a country with it’s population and size. The Coronavirus thrives under cold conditions and the last time that i checked it was very cold in Russia. Here in my province of Ontario, Canada we have just under 200 reported cases of the Corona and just today we had our first Corona death. A 77 year old man died in an old age home. Canada has 5 Corona related deaths now out of 485 cases reported. What I found extremely strange is that Russia has only reported 114 cases of COVID_19 and have reported ZERO deaths. I ask in the video why they (Russia) are not getting more cases and better yet – why aren’t mainstream media reporting on Russia’s small numbers despite being a hugely populated country? Then I look at Andrew Cuomo the Governor of New York being interviewed on CNN by his younger brother Chris Cuomo and his pushing for thousands more hospital beds for his State, pending State Martial Law and why did he say that the Virus does not kill young people only the elderly and how we must look out for their well being.
