New York, NY – Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg may be criminally liable for 2004 email private email accounts. The Business Insider alleges Mark Zuckerberg may have violated the law in his 2004 break in of private email accounts of Harvard Crimson Editors.
The Business Insider cites Federal and State laws that show the email breaches may be felonies. The hacking allegedly included private email accounts of the Harvard Crimson editors as well as rival social networking site ConnectU.
