Steve Harvey Talks Success and Failure on Oprah’s Lifeclass

Steve Harvey opened the new season of Oprah’s Lifeclass with life lessons from his new book Act Like a Success, Think Like a Success: Discovering Your Gift and the Way to Life’s Riches. Mr. Harvey went from being a college dropout to living in his car to becoming an award-winning talk show host, successful game show host with best-selling books, and a popular radio show. He said the one of the most important lessons he learned was separating his talent from his gift.

Steve shared very practical advice from his life. He is not ashamed of his journey has been in every stage of life. He has gone from poverty to success and back down before finally realizing his dreams. The comedian shared stories from a humorous, serious and emotional aspect. He feels lucky and has given the credit to his creator but also made it very plain that he put in the work so when the stage was set he could walk onto it knowing he was prepared.
