Alright, since there are a flood of “Alec OJ Baldwin” posts (I’ll get into why I call him that down-thread) I figured I’d jot down my thoughts —- FAIRLY without my Personal BIAS toward the POS…
First, OJ… er… Alec… WAS DIRECTLY responsible for her death

Alright, let’s be GENEROUS (something he would not be for us) here…
YES, being generous and forgiving one could ARGUE AWAY that “there was no way he knew it was actually a loaded Gun and yadda… yadda… yadda…” DESPITE the obvious that he should have checked the Weapon himself. But, again, let’s BE GENEROUS and let that part go; as is the Prosecutor as he is charged with NEGLIGENCE not MURDER, and that part (IMO) is correct.
Now, putting aside my disdain for this POS that constantly mouths off about Guns (while knowing nothing), saying the NRA has “Blood on it’s hands,” and would call for the Death Penalty if a Conservative Actor had done this!! PUTTING ASIDE OUR “FEELINGS” and “BIAS” and proceeding SOLELY BASED UPON LOGIC, REASON, COMMON-SENSE, AND THE LAW!!!!
