Navigating National Security State Secrets: Seeking the Truth About Chemtrails and HAARP Technology

The first Earth Day on April 20, 1970 seems eons ago—the brainchild of Senator Gaylord Nelson (D-WI) and beginning of an environmental decade loaded with green legislation and new federal agencies supposedly created to implement the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Clean Air Act, National Environment Policy Act, Clean Water Act, Noise Control Act, Endangered Species Act, the Superfund, and Alaska National Interest Lands Act.

Almost half a century later, Earth Day rolls on but those once-hopeful agencies are now serving corporate agendas that destroy, not protect, the Earth. By 2004, BBC News was quoting from “The Earth’s Threatened Life-Support System: A Global Wake-Up Call” regarding the coming uncharted waters of an Anthropocene epoch, “the geologic epoch in which humans are a significant and sometimes dominating environmental force . . . sailing into planetary terra incognita . . . unsure of just how serious our interference with Earth system dynamics will prove to be . . .”  Attribution of Anthropocene blame veers between carbons and overpopulation with nary a mention of stratospheric aerosol geoengineering (SAG) or solar radiation management (SRM), and never of chemtrails and ionospheric heaters like HAARP and the military agendas they harbinger.
    
The technological Space Age we are entering is very different from the one envisioned by President John F. Kennedy. In fact, if the military mindset has its way, all of Planet Earth will be militarized under its doctrine of full spectrum dominance. Blaming the public’s “CNN syndrome” (desire to be informed) for its “battlefield attrition,” the military branches now “look/act like SOCOM [Special Operations Command]” (keep secrets and lie). Everything under the Sun is to be weaponized under “ubiquitous multiphysics, hyperspectral sensors, precision strikes, volumetric weaponry, swarms and hardened munitions”; “non-explosive warfare” such as psywar, biowar, IT/net war, “anti-operability war,” beam weaponry, RF, spoofing/camo, and “alternative power projection approaches (e.g., the deep water depth/death sphere).”

Ever so quietly, the Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA) is transforming all of life,  foreign and domestic, into a “battlespace,” including the Earth’s now-ionized (electrified) atmosphere. Wars over natural resources are being replaced by “societal disruptions” as the line that once protected civilian from military is erased. The development of electromagnetic directed energy weapons (DEWs) and “nonlethals” promise “warfare on the cheap” (steerable avoidance of collateral damage), survivability (“Can see everything, anything you can see you can kill”), and effectiveness (“Lethality of precision and volumetric weaponry”).

HAARP technology with its ionizing chemtrails constitutes a global-scale DEW system whose power may have been demonstrated in New York City on September 11, 2001.

Daily, mainstream newscasters wring their hands over “climate change” even as  ionospheric heaters torque chemtrails and unnaturally heat the planet for endless biological and chemical warfare “field experiments” entailing aflatoxins, Ebola and Lassa, binary agents, and genomic-targeting pathogens. Nanoparticulates, sensors, and microprocessors pour from the sky and ride into our lungs in a “long-term fingerprintless campaign”  while the trumpeted “Worldwide IT Revolution” points toward the grim construction of a C4 world (command, control, communications, and computers), a weapons system of “superb ubiquitous worldwide sensor suites and precision strike capabilities.” Silicon, molecular, quantum, bio, optical communications and computing are moving humanity toward “Automatics / Robotics ‘in the large’/better than human AI/‘Cyber life’,” immersive multisensory VR (virtual reality “holodecks”) in land, sea, air, and space. By circa 2025, “binary bios” (that’s us) will be working in the agriculture and food distribution systems while nanosensors, munitions, and swarm/horde weapons will keep watch over a brave new virtual world peace engridded in a wireless Smart Grid “Cloud” or “space fence.”

Such is our transitional condition in this 67th year of the American National Security State.

The Future Arrives By Stealth

It is instructive to note that the growth of the technocracy (the military-industrial-intelligence complex) corresponds to the accretion of secrets. In 2001, 8.6 million documents were classified, compared with 76.7 million in 2010 . As Aviation Week’s senior international defense editor Bill Sweetman put it in his 1993 book Aurora: The Pentagon’s Secret Hypersonic Spyplane: “Cover and covert are the principal words in the secret world’s vocabulary . . . Lifting the cover on intelligence systems reduces their value.”

The aerosol program going on in the sky remains secret because the atmosphere must be kept in an ever-ready plasma “battery” state, and keeping it so is worth collateral damage to all life forms on planet Earth. And so we are monitored and mapped as global power brokers derive yet more wealth from our breakdown due to the ionized aerosols loaded with biological and chemical agents.
How did Americans let this happen? Peacetime representative government didn’t stand a chance against the long militarized Cold War armed with the National Security Act of 1947 and the Inventions Secrecy Act of 1951. Americans accepted the necessity for containment of secrets, compartmentalization and need-to-know clearances, but they knew nothing of the cabals, dynastic corporations, and crime syndicates—true experts in secrecy and deception, mayhem and murder—infiltrating one branch after another of the republic’s government.
