The video at 15:15 from “ANOMALOUS Energy Waves Coming From Antarctica 8/12/17 by secureteam10″ (www.youtube.com/watch?v=nOh… is fraudulent, but the Govt has been actively experimenting with weather modification & weapons for over 100 years. Weather and geoengineering is well documented if you look for it.

The video is a modified composite, time lapse, not real time. An entire day passes within a few seconds, leaving much of the information from the satellite inaccessible. It also doesn’t indicate the altitude of the weather patterns. Later in the video you can see “warm (red) waves” (time & date conveniently cropped by the YT user) leaving the equatorial region heading south toward Antarctica.

The first video jumps around to different dates, for instance it starts at 08/08 11:00 UTC (00:18 on the YT video), goes (resets) to 8/9 a few seconds, before jumping to 08/06 02:00 UTC; then 08/07 01:00 UTC (00:21 on YT); it’s back to 08/08 01:00 UTC (00:25 on YT).

The “beam” comes in 08/07 18:00 UTC (00:30 on the YT video), 30 seconds into the video, and lasts until 08/07 05:00 UTC – which in real time is several hours later (only a few seconds on the YT video). The video resets and plays on a loop.
