Same thing they said about Bush in 2004. The same ability to declare martial law in the event of a national emergency was in effect then as well. Didn’t happen. I guess they rehash the same rumor every 4 years for paranoids like you.
The big difference is Bush was out to protect America, whereas, Obama is out to destroy America. Huge difference.
