I for one will take the Bible at its word and ignore the claims of Christ’s return. It is quite clear that everyone in the world will see the second coming of Christ. Revelations 1:7 – “Look! He is coming in the clouds. Every eye will see him, even those who pierced him. Every tribe on earth will mourn because of him.” We didn’t see Him here in Indiana so Jesus has yet to return.
Because we are certainly in the “last days” as described in the Bible, we will also have to expect many false prophets or claims of Jesus’ return. (Matthew 24:5 – “Many will come using my name. They will say, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and they will deceive many people.”)

No one should ever blindly believe what they are told or what they read, whether it be the Bible or information from so-called “reliable” sources from the Internet. The Good Book (no matter what religion) has been edited so many times over the ages to suit the “powers that be” to keep the masses of insects in check and all we are left with today is just another book of mythology mixed with historical events recorded by very simple minds, and so many missing pieces. In 2000 years or so somebody might find a copy of our fiction and, once again, another religion will be born.
We no longer live in the Dark Ages and it actually scares me that so many people are still, if not more so, as gullible and ignorant as we once were millenia ago.
