The Bible Way to Heaven

God loves you and wants to save you from an eternal hell and give you instead everlasting life through God the Saviour, who is Jesus Christ:

For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.  - 1 Timothy 2:3-4

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.  - Romans 6:23   

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. – John 6:47

God’s will is for you to know and be 100% sure that you are going to heaven through Jesus Christ:

These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.  - 1 John 5:13

The King James Bible tells us that God promises those that have believed the gospel and trusted Jesus eternal life that never ends:

And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life. – 1 John 2:25

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. – John 5:24

And when God, the creator of heaven and earth, makes a promise he keeps it. For God cannot lie:

In hope [assurance] of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; – Titus 1:2

And to be 100% sure that you will spend eternity and be forever with God is so incredibly simple. You simply need to believe and trust Jesus to save you:

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. – John 3:16

…Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved… – Acts 16:30-31

For trusting in anything else, like these works/deeds, will never save you:

• Baptism  
• Going to church
• Being a good person
• Keeping God’s commandments
• Enduring to the end
• Repenting of your sins
• Giving your life over to Jesus

But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. – Romans 4:5

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. 
- Eph 2:8-9

In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: 
- Colossians 1:14

God’s Simple Way to Heaven:

1.  Admit that you are a sinner:
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. – Romans 3:23   
In God’s eyes, no one is good enough to go to Heaven based on their own merit.

2.  Realize the penalty for sin:
For the wages of sin is death…- Romans 6:23a   
The penalty, the punishment, for our sin is eternal death in a place called Hell.

3.  Believe that Jesus Christ died, was buried, and rose again for you: 
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: -1 Corinthians 15:3-4
He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption. This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. – Acts 2:31-32

4.  Trust Jesus alone as your Saviour:
…but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord – Romans 6:23b   
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved – Romans 10:13   

Eternal life is a gift purchased by the blood of Jesus and offered freely to those who call upon Him by faith. Anyone who believes on the Lord Jesus Christ will be saved forever. And being saved from hell is a one-time event.

My friend let me help you word a prayer to call upon the Lord Jesus Christ for your salvation. Realize it’s not mere words that save you, but your faith/trust in Jesus Christ.

Dear Jesus, God, I know that I am a sinner, and that I deserve to go to Hell. Jesus, I believe that you shed your blood, died and rose again from the dead to pay for my sins. Please save me Jesus and take me to Heaven when I die. Amen.
