I only have 1 question about noahs arc, where did they carry all the food and fresh water necessary to keep 2 of every animal on earth alive for 40 days?
keep in mind that a gallon of water weighs 8.3 pounds and an adult elephant eats 200-600 pounds a food a day and drinks up to 50 gallons of water a day.
simple math shows us that 2 adult elephants would drink 33,200 pounds of water in 40 days and a minimum of 16,000 pounds of food. That`s 49,200 pounds not including the weight of the elephants themselves.

The size of the ark was immense, more than enough space for the animals and food. And as for the water, they didn’t need to carry water with them on board did they? They could have collected the water on the deck and with some pipes etc. they could have had running water 24/7 if they wanted.

There’s a current school of thought that what Noah carried was the DNA of two of every species. This makes more sense to me. There would have been no need to carry enough food and water for all the animals, only Noah and his family.
That school of thought may make sense to you, but God’s ways are not our ways. And the school of thought you speak of is not a school where truth is taught in its halls for it contradicts Scripture. God commanded Noah to bring food for him and his family and all the animals:

Sorry, I meant 49.88 REC average width and at least 27 REC High. It was tear drop shaped as the rectangular barge like construction is not seaworthy. It landed at about 7000 feet in the mountains of Ararat and slid down to about 6300 feet during a mud slide. It was made of kofer wood (not gopher wood) which is just tar covered wood. It’s insides was made of woven reeds and it had a three level superstructure on top. The woven reeds made it hard to sink if the multi compartmented hull got punctured.
From a carpenter’s perspective, wood is not quick and easy to harvest and shape. It only makes sense to me that, if there was an ark, them boys would have torn the boat apart and built houses, decks, smaller boats, whirlybirds, and picnic tables for the lumber was there for the taking. It seems like it would have been good wood to use or it would have been a terrible waste to just leave it there to rot. Firewood may have been the most useful thing it was used for, if there was an ark, for all we know today. I would expect to find no ‘Noah’s Ark’. I remember seeing The Ark from photos taken by astronaut Jim Irving sometime in the early eighty’s The photos were very clear, and were definitely of The Ark. I think it was the Discovery Channel. Then they just went down the memory hole. Why these bastard self called ‘elite’ hide these things from folk’s is dirty. Once upon a time, before the fall of mankind in the garden, and up to the point of Noah’s flood, mankind lived in a perfect and pristine environment where months consisted of a perfect 30 days. There were EXACTLY 360 days in a year. You can extrapolate 30 day months from the timeline of the flood of Noah, which started on the 17th day of the 2nd month as per GEN 7:11, lasted for 5 months or 150 days (5months@30days each) as per GEN 8:3, and ended on the 17th day of the 7th month as per GEN 8:4.
30 day months are the timetable used in the prophetic Scriptures, for example, the time of the beast and the two who are one in Revelation is 42 months/1260 days.
So perhaps it was when God smacked the earth so to speak in judgment of mankind with the flood of Noah that the earth was knocked off its axis a bit and we now have an imperfect 365.24 or so days a year. Before the flood, there was a water vapor canopy in the atmosphere above the earth (GEN 1:6-7). The pre-flood earth was an ideal place for human habitation, for God said it was good. I imagine the temperature was just right, not too hot, not too cold. So in this perfect, pristine environment, Adam (who had lost his eternal life) lived for 930 years. Noah also lived 900+ years.
But then after the flood, perhaps because this pristine flourishing-enabling water vapor canopy was gone and the earths axis became titled a bit resulting in a more harsh environment temperature wise, the average lifespan of humans was just about cut in half to around 400 years or so. You can see this in GEN 11:11-15.

I do not understand why we are discussing the 1960’s and 1970’s documents and low resolution photos, while today, when there are ‘n’ number of spy satellites going around the earth with extremely high resolution cameras, which can even read the newspaper print, which can recognize human faces on earth from space can very easily scan the whole area of Mount Ararat within minutes. I read an article recently, which said they have a Tourist Location over there to view wooden pieces taken from Noahs Arc but not sure about walking tours. The area which the arc is located on is called Noahs ARC and it is in Turkey. Not sure if I saved the article or not.
It appears we have been misled. According to Genesis 7:1-3 Noah was to gather “every clean animal by sevens, a male and his female… and of the animals that are not clean two, a male and his female.” That means SEVEN pairs of clean animals and TWO pairs of unclean animals.
