Today, South Africans are protesting at Cosmo Business Park in Johannesburg, blocking the area and expressing outrage towards Zimbabweans employed there and at The Courier Guy. This disturbing display of xenophobia and violence has put Zimbabwean refugees and immigrants in grave danger.
To make matters worse, the new DA Minister of Home Affairs, Dr. Leon Amos Schreiber MP, has launched operations to deport Zimbabweans from South Africa. Those arrested are being extorted, forced to pay bribes ranging from R1000 to R5000 to secure their release.
It’s essential to recognize that Zimbabweans are not the cause of unemployment in South Africa. The true culprits are the global elites who forced the country to shut down its economy during the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in billions of dollars in losses.
Tragically, many Zimbabweans have lost their lives at the hands of sadists and xenophobes in South Africa. These refugees are victims of hatred, violence, and xenophobia, yet they are unfairly blamed for crimes committed by South Africans.
