This week, some alternative and independent sites began to receive e-mail excerpts from an underground “12 monkeys” interview with a famous time traveler, John Tytor.

John Titor in June again appeared in our world, and from July he allegedly headed this newly created organization. Many independent forums discuss his words all week.

Over the past two days, we and several other resources have received three fragments of a new text, supposedly an interview with John Titor. Having collected the text in a single whole, we got the following:

12: John, your re-appearance on the Internet has caused a lot of controversy. We monitored the reaction of the public to this event and many are distrustful of it. They say: let this clown prove that he is John Taytor!

JT: Well, that’s to be expected. When I first turned to the public, many also laughed. The truth is, when the events, about which I warned, began to come true with an alarming regularity, everyone was no longer laughing. So it will be this time. Only this time everything will be much, much worse.

12: Are you talking about WW3?

JT: Yes, it will, as I predicted. But wars do not need to be feared. There will be no total nuclear catastrophes with a return to the Stone Age. Everything’s under control.

12: Whose control? Control of the future?

JT: No, it’s not. I’m talking about control from the present. War should serve a purpose – the creation of a global state. And it must remain technological. Super-tech. And what could be the technology, if the hordes of mutants run around the charred continents? Therefore, nothing out of the ordinary will not happen. As I said a long time ago – The Third World has long been planned. In detail. Look at the capital of South Korea, the city of Seoul. From North Korea, he is within an artillery strike. Everyone now screams: what a horror, civilians will suffer! But was it not obvious 60 years ago, when Seoul was a pile of wooden ruins? Why the capital was not transferred? And they did not postpone it because everything was already rigidly planned. Therefore everything, everything will be very tightly controlled and go according to plan. Controlled until the moment when the world does not come a single universal total control.

12: Are you talking about chips?

JT: I’m not saying. We talk. We in fact before this interview agreed on everything?

12: Yes, you said that you want to explain something to people about chipping.

JT: Do not explain. Clarify. Explain to anyone that you do not need anything, everyone knows everything in general. Although, of course, do not understand. I already looked at the Yutubov preachers. JT: They’re right. But look what they say? What microprocessor, implanted in the arm, will take control of the brain? How? What kind of people in the mainstream of a nerd!

JT: It’s difficult to explain, but I’ll still try it because I’m here for this. But the explanation of many is shocking. For example, by command from the atmosphere, the electrical conductivity of the tissues is disturbed. For example, the endocrine glands responsible for the release of neurotransmitters. 12: Are you talking about transferring orders at a distance?

JT: To date, the direct delivery of orders is far enough. First of all, a certain nanoelement base is needed for this. In other words, special types of nanoparticles are needed, which will generate the necessary changes in the brain for the operator. 12: Alpha processor? Why such a strange name for chips implanted by the global government?

JT: We do not really know how they call these things among themselves. The alpha processor is our name. We call it so that the essence of this device was immediately understood. It is a fairly low-tech microprocessor that will manage a more complex nanodevices floating in the blood in a radius of one and a half to two meters.

12: Will it be in place of an antenna from chemical paths?

JT: If you talk in general terms, then yes – you can control the behavior of smart dust, which already floats in everyone’s blood. But since the chip integrated into the body is no longer a suspension of metals somewhere in the atmosphere, but a complex logical device, it can be used to control very complex nanostructures. Up to those that will begin to rebuild people genetics. By pressing one button the client can be turned into either a useful New World Order of a superman genius, or in a dissatisfied NMP of a slobber imbecile. With the client you can do anything. And the most horrible thing is that when the chip starts the work of nanomechanisms – it will in fact not be needed. It can be removed, it will not affect the possibility of control. 12: Now, when you explained, with the need for chipping everything seems to be understandable. But there remains such a point: why should people take a chip voluntarily? They can be connected to the system and forcibly, forcing to accept as before all without knowing swallowed smart dust?

JT: It’s not complicated, but at this stage a meaningless question is made. A full answer to it assumes that the questioner has certain concepts and representations. Today, almost no one has them.
