I Have Proof That Homeland Security Agency, and Department of Justice are Cyber Spying with US Universities, and with Private Contractors. This could go beyond the PRISM whistleblower Edward Snowden’s exposure of the serious violations of our constitution.
Yes It is true that they are using Universities as Cyber SPYBOTS. My theory is that the criminal government IS using the Universities to preform spy activity on controversial Ex Patriot Radio Talk Show Host, dr Meno. This is done to disguise the source of the listener. I have logged in a pattern of listening hours from the DOJ and HSA as for the Universities.
They are most likely threatening the Universities to do this or their funding may be cut. Also it is a way for the Universities to get funding for contracted services. I have caught several Universities, HSA and the DOJ listening in on my radio broadcast, radiopacsur.com, several times. 
My first suspicion was that, NO ONE, I SAY NO ONE, listens to me all day, all weekend, OR all week, without interruption of connection, 24 hrs at a time. OR exactly in 12 hour increments. No one listens for 10-12 hours at a time or for 24 hours at a time. NOBODY. I AM NOT THAT POPULAR. I ask the listeners to send me an email to prove they are not SPYBOTS. I say derogatory statements to the listener without any response. The last logged in suspected SPYBOT institution was Central Oklahoma University in Edmond. But they have not been logged in since the tornado.
Any of you that have seen my videos on, Before it’s News, BoobTube(YouTube), and Vimeo are familiar with my controversial content. My revealing the truth about corruption and criminal activity from the USA. 

Below are a list of my suspicious listeners as reported by an IP address locator service. This is just an example of what I have caught. I am not computer savvy, but was able to track these suspicious sources this far. Any confirmation from the public will be greatly appreciated.
