Hot Fudge Brownie with Raspberry Coulis
I’ll be taking a little break for a week, so I thought I would leave on a super decadent note since the day of love is just one week away.
Whether you love Valentine’s Day or think it’s one big gigantic Hallmark holiday conspiracy I think we can all agree it’s the perfect excuse to indulge.
Let’s have some fun…
Start with a ridiculously big brownie. I used this recipe (sans peanut butter) and divided the batter between two 16 ounce ramekins.
Top it with a big o’ scoop of vanilla bean ice cream…
Now it gets even better…
Pour some raspberry coulis over the ice cream – That’s right, let it drip all the way down…
Now slowly pour a generous helping of warm hot fudge… let it ooze all over.
It’s all the perfect things – Share it with someone you love, or keep it all to yourself!
