Looks like the concerted effort of the media and government to protect Dominion is starting to crumble.

In 2018 email cited by the defense in voting machine company’s defamation suit against Fox News, Dominion director of product strategy and security acknowledged the company’s technology was marred by a “*critical* bug leading to INCORRECT results.”

How interesting..’critical bugs’.. leading to incorrect results.. So ‘critical bugs’ evidently don’t count as fraud in THE MOST SECURE ELECTION in America.

Dominion is suing Fox News for $1.6 billion for defamation after becoming a target of alleged conspiracy theories regarding its voting machines being hacked and flipping election results.

‘Conspiracy theories’ really? Here is a news flash for everyone: facts obtained through court discovery is not ‘conspiracy7′ , it It IS a reality. Conspiracy is a CIA talking point used by the complicit news media to marginalize political opposition.

Fox News is being sued by Dominion for $1.6 billion, despite the company’s current owner, Staple Street Capital, paying only “$38.3 million for a roughly 75% stake in the company in 2018,” according to the news outlet’s brief.

Lawfare makes for strange bedfellows..makes one question the legitimacy of the entire Fox News lawsuit.

Judge Eisenheimer was content to allow investigation of the school board issue in Antrim County but when he realized this could be used against the 2020 election, he dropped DEPERNO’S CASE. This is all media spin bullshit as the Georgia Supreme Court has ruled that citizen-voters-taxpayers ALL have Standing and by the 14th amendment, if in GA then in Michigan, too.

Attorneys made arguments before Antrim County Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer in a virtual hearing on Monday over the scope of the ever-expanding lawsuit and whether to dismiss the case, in which both sides have issued dueling analyses. Defendants, which includes Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, say the plaintiff lacks standing and has already received everything he initially sought from the court”.

Nothing in the Antrim county lawsuit has been debunked, the media tries to convince eveyone that it has. But it is all media spin as the Georgia Supreme Court ruled that citizen-voters-taxpayers ALL have Standing and by the 14th amendment, if in GA then in Michigan, too. And not to forget Jocelyn Benson, who had violated MI state election law in the Deperno lawsuit. Why is there NEVER a jury to hear evidence presented, why only a judge who can control the output?
