CONTRAPUNTOS–SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO –5 de agosto 2010–Carlos Slim Hulú, mexicano, ingeniero civil y ex profesor de ingeniería, considerado el hombre de mayor capital del Planeta por la revista Forbes, habló hoy en la isla de Puerto Rico ante un grupo de unas 1,000 profesionales, ingenieros, agrimensores, banqueros y empresarios del más alto nivel regional.
Carlos Slim le dijo en entrevista a CONTRAPUNTOS, con gran humildad: “son sólo exageraciones”, dictó antes la conferencia magistral de la CONVENCION DEL COLEGIO DE INGENIEROS y AGRIMENSORES DE PUERTO RICO en el Centro de Convenciones de Miramar, en San Juan, Puerto Rico. Entre las asombrosas declaraciones abogó por la seguridad social de los habitantes de un país en desarrollo y la salud y obligación de los Gobiernos en cuidar hasta las futuras Madres en cuidados prenatales y perinatales, para un Pueblo próspero.
Explicó en documento anexo, la filosofía de su Grupo CARSO, donde explica que las organizaciones deben tener estructuras simples, con mínimos niveles jerárquicos, desarrollo humano y formación interna de las funciones ejecutivas, flexibilidad y rapidez en las decisiones. Debe operar las organizaciones grandes con las ventajas de la empresas pequeñas, que son las que hacen grandes a las grandes empresas. Hizo énfasis en la tecnología, la creatividad, en enfrentar los retos unidos el optimismo firme, paciente y seguro. DIjo que todos los tiempos son buenos para los que saben trabajar y tienen con qué hacerlo.
Par mayor iluminación, a juicio de CONTRAPUNTOS, dice ser “su premisaes y siempre ha sido tener muy presente que nos vamos sin nada; que sólo podemos hacer las cosas en vida y que el empresario es un creador de riqueza que la administra temporalmente”.
