If all Republicans in the Congress (both House and Senate) do not follow these proposed cuts, they render themselves as wusses, RINOs, and eligible for defeat the next time they come up for re-election. The Congress should also cut 20% across-the-board from Defense, Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. Also, get rid of the Internal Revenue Service and implement a flat tax.
