The United States of Bananas?

The Banana Republic of America

American comedian Jeff Foxworthy has developed a very amusing routine which he has incorporated into his stage show, a routine which he calls “….you Might Be a Red Neck…”.   

During his monologue, Foxworthy goes thru dozens of humorous imaginary scenarios, the details of which strongly indicate that you or someone you might know share certain characteristics or behavioral similarities that just might indicate that you… or someone you know….   just might be a “Red Neck.”

For instance, Jeff will deadpan the following lines and then wait to see if the audience recognizes themselves or someone they know by  the following behaviors:  

“If you’ve ever cut your grass and found a car, you might be a Red Neck;

If you’re dad walks to school with you because you’re in the same grade, your might be a Red Neck;

If you’ve ever been too drunk to fish, you might be a Red Neck;  

If you’ve ever financed a tattoo, you might be a Red Neck;

If you’ve ever made change in the offering plate, you might be a Red Neck;

If you go to the family reunion to meet women, you might be a Red Neck;

If you see a sign that says “Say No to Crack” and it reminds you to pull your jeans up, you might be a Red Neck.”

Jeff’s comedic routine inspired me to apply similar criteria to the current regime pulling the levers of power in the American government as they run roughshod over our Constitution and our Bill of Rights.  It’s a simple test to see how far we have fallen from the vision of our Founding Fathers and their desire to have a Constitutional Republic built upon equal and uniform justice under The Law; a Nation of Laws, not a nation of people or special interest groups.  I call my hypothetical test:  “You Might Live in a Banana Republic…”.  

The Origins of the “Banana Republic” Label
As you may recall, a “Banana Republic” is a disparaging term which evolved from several U.S. corporations’ actions in Central and South America during the 1950’s.   These American corporations covertly moved to take over the national governments of various countries in the Southern Hemisphere in order to gain more favorable, preferential treatment for their exports to the United States.  Invariably, these U.S. Corporations, like United Fruit Company’s “Chiquita Bananas,” applied a layer of cosmetic veneer to such governments, which made them appear to be legitimate to the casual observer, whereas in reality the leaders installed by these corporations followed the corrupt corporate dictates of the American business people who placed them in power.   

Covert Abuses of Power
While often exhibiting the window dressing of a constitution and laws protecting human rights and private property, in practice such governments reeked of corruption and the abuse of power based on  whatever ruling oligarchy controlled the levers of power to serve the corporation that had ensconced them at the head of their government.  

Perhaps the best way to think of a banana republic is that is provides the outer trappings of a representative democratic Constitutional Republic with the inner core or corruption and subversion.  Further, these American corporations often provided payments to finance paramilitary “death squads” in order to terrorize and eliminate any political opposition to their corporate agenda.

As you go down the following list of questions, see if the answers you arrive at seem to indicate a certain country you might know and love has actually devolved into a newly minted Banana Republic rather than remain a genuine Constitutional Republic operating through the rule of Equal Justice under Law.

VOTING & ELECTIONS:
—  You might be living in a Banana Republic if you have crooked elections thru rigged computer manipulated voting machines which arrive at pre-determined outcomes to pick the “winners” of a “free and fair” election

NEPOTISM & PRIVILEGES OF OLIGARCHY:
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the son of the Glorious Leader accompanies him on junkets to foreign countries to cut business deals with the leadership of said countries and scores a billion dollar investment fund for which he has no experience
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the son of the Glorious Leader can accept a 3.5. Million Dollar gift from the wife of the Mayor of Moscow with no explanations asked nor offered
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the son of the Glorious Leader embarks on a new career as an artist and sells multiple artworks for a half million dollars apiece to “anonymous buyers”
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the son of the Glorious Leader is appointed to Boards of Directors despite having no experience with the business to which he has been appointed
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the brothers of the Glorious Leader sell access to said leader in order to cut themselves lucrative side business deals around the world

CORRUPT TAX SYSTEM:
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the nation’s tax system is used to punish political opponents and to harass and intimidate only one particular political party;

CORRUPT JUSTICE and COURT SYSTEM:
— You might live in a Banana Republic if you have a two-tiered Justice system; one for the elite and the politically connected, and another one for everyone else;
— You might live in a Banana Republic if the current “justice” system holds obvious political prisoners in solitary confinement without charges or bail for months on end
— You might live in a Banana Republic if your “Justice” system prevents or precludes a speedy trial despite having a Constitution that demands both (see above)
— You might live in a Banana Republic if you have a “Justice” system that excuses crimes committed by one particular political viewpoint while savagely attacking any other
— You might live in a Banana Republic if you have a “Justice” system that allows a prosecutor to persecute the man in order to find a crime to prosecute
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the son of the Glorious Leader has several criminally incriminating lap tops which the lap dog national media, along with the National State Police, studiously ignore lest it sway voters during the national election
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if The Glorious Leader’s coke sniffing crack snorting son can stay out of prison for violating countless drug laws despite verifiable evidence seen on laptops he misplaced;
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if The Glorious Leader’s son can violate numerous felony firearms statutes and skip prison time as if said laws never existed… as such laws are only applied to politically non-connected peons and peasants
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the State and Supreme Courts are so afraid of government protected and sanctioned street violence from the brain dead goons of Antifa or BLM that they routinely reject valid legal cases or refuse to proffer legal opinions rather than doing their sworn duty to serve, protect and uphold Truth and Justice

CORRUPT MEDIA:
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the media can essentially overlook 509 officially declared riots, billions of dollars of property damage and 25 murders by groups like Antifa or BLM, while focusing on the non-
existent “threat” of White Supremacy
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the country’s media continually lie and provide cover for one political party, either thru outright lies or errors of “omission.”
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the Nation’s media marches in lock-step to the government’s propaganda, or if the media IS the government’s propaganda arm

MILITARY CORRUPTION:
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if corrupt military leaders use the men and women under them in their command as a social experiment rather than ensuring that they are combat ready;
— You might be living in a Banana Republic when the Secretary of Defense can tell the troops under his command that the greatest threat the Nation faces is Climate Change and White Supremacy
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the military is used — and allows themselves to be used — to fight pointless, interminable wars in order to allow the nation’s intelligence agencies to smuggle drugs to poison the citizens of the Republic in order to fund their black book projects and agendas;

FALSE FLAGS:
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if your government routinely stages false flag events (OKC, Sandy Hook, 9/11, Boston Marathon Bombing, The Las Vegas massacre, the Pulse Nightclub murders, etc.)  to manipulate public opinion and pass draconian laws that gut the Bill of Rights
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if your government kills real people during such false flags events to lend an air of “authenticity” to such events
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the government uses the “National Police Force” to instigate false flag terrorism by enabling “agents provocateurs” to entice, trap, and create  criminal plans to, say… kidnap the Governor of Michigan; or blow up the World Trade Center in 1993 by supplying a real bomb to terrorists; or having 20 or more “infiltrators” foment violence during a peaceful demonstration in front of a national capitol building in order to falsely label the protest as an “insurrection;” or by setting up false front groups and leaders (Stewart Rhodes?  Oath Keepers?) to channel and cultivate violence against governmental authorities, buildings or institution to manipulate public opinion

NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE USED FOR POLITICAL PURPOSE:
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the Nation’s intelligence agencies deliberately and repeatedly lie to provide cover for one political party;
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the head of the Nation’s national police force can tell Congress, with a straight face, that the greatest threat the nation faces is not from looters, rioters or anarchists, but from “White Supremacy”
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if all 17 National Intelligence Agencies consider the people of the Nation to be the greatest threat to “national security” rather than the declared existential enemies (China, Russia, North Korea, Iran) of the Nation.

COVERT STATE SPONSORED VIOLENCE UNDERWRITTEN FOR NATIONAL CONTROL:
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if gangs of street thugs are used to enforce “policies” of The Establishment, or to push certain social agendas, or used to shape and mold public opinion
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the country’s national police force (like The FBI) work with said street thugs to supply them with money, weapons, tactics and alibis

SUBVERSION OF THE NATIONAL WILL:
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the political elite pursue wars to enrich insiders rather than fight to protect the nation’s legitimate security concerns;
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the government passes a law (like the The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act) which legalizes government propaganda against the interests of the people, legally allowing the government to directly lie to the citizens of the Nation;
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the head of the government and his lackeys repeatedly and blatantly lie to the people to shape and manipulate public opinion to their advantage
— You might be living in a Banana Republic when the rulings of the country’s Supreme Court are ignored by the regime in power because its rulings run counter to the goals and ambitions of the current regime
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the Glorious Leader attempts to pack the Supreme Court with his cronies, so as to affect outcomes according to his political point of view rather than the merits of the case.
— You might be living in a Banana Republic if the Glorious leader feels he/she is under no obligation to implement the decisions of The Supreme Court.

May I welcome you, then, to The United States of Bananas, the epitome of the very worst elements of every “Banana Republic” which has ever existed, and which has now been placed on display in this Nation’s capitol.   The head or “Big Banana”achieved his current placement thru rigged elections, the machinations of a corrupt media, along with a cowardly court system and judiciary, and all done in collusion with certain “tech titans” and oligopolists as outlined in the conspiracy recently featured in TIME Magazine.

Welcome to the new United States of Bananas
— where the privilege of citizenship has now been diluted to the point of mere residency by the act of crossing a no longer existent Southern border;
— where criminals and gang bangers and terrorists and COVID infected illegal aliens are openly welcomed and given vast financial rewards unavailable to actual American citizens;
— where the family members of these foreign invaders are encouraged to become residents to suck dry the teat of government social programs and thereby destroy the finances and credit of the government thru the implementation of the Cloward-Piven strategy of societal destruction.  
— where disease infected foreign nationals from around the world are welcomed and actively distributed throughout the “homeland” to spread COVID and continue to fan the flames of a manufactured Planned-Demic— despite our leaders pushing mandatory injections of experimental serums and the continued ritual, useless, disease-incubating masquerade of dumb, obedient citizens  
— where treasonous acts of cowardice and criminally negligent stupidity by our leaders result in the needless deaths of our armed forces while directly arming deadly terrorist enemies with billions of dollars of advanced weaponry is praised as “bravery” and all of it applauded by the lap dog media!

This is the lunatic asylum over which the senile Joe Biden, true agent of the Chinese Communist Party along with Kamala Harris, now presides.   The America that is now being groomed to become a mirror image of the police states of New Zealand and Australia as the puppeteers behind corrupt politicians destroy the very social, moral and economic fabric of this once great nation.  The epitome of societal corruption, once instituted in Latin America by the United Fruit Company which used government bought and paid for government as a means to achieve overall social control, has now come full circle.  

The BANANA REPUBLIC of AMERICA
— Corrupted by a Democrat Party aligned with our Communist adversaries; — corrupted by a huge majority of clueless RINO Republicans who have no idea that their country is being stolen out from under them;
— corrupted by a network of social media technocrats whose values are aligned with the promise of market penetration into the Chinese mainland;  — corrupted by a sycophantic lap dog media that is more concerned with flavors of ice cream rather than the impact of treasonous foreign policy decisions; and finally,
— corrupted by a military/industrial/intelligence complex that sees war as the ultimate money generator made possible by the slaughter of innocent Americans and foreign nationals in pointless wars and conflicts to enrich the coffers of the international banking elite, while enslaving American citizens thru ever increasing tax burdens to rob them of a dignified retirement or a semblance of the standard of living enjoyed by their parents.

Welcome to the newly minted Banana Republic of America.   While the Statue of Liberty may still remain in New York harbor; her Torch of Freedom may soon be replace by an upright peeled banana…
