Last Days, Stop The Insanity

All things considered the sheer stupidly and rhetoric of many in governments around the world continue to push humanity on to the brink of disaster. When threats are made by leaders of nations whether in response to an initial threat or not constitutes an escalation of tensions that will have irreversible consequences if acted upon. This is especially true when the US and Russia have not seen eye to eye for quite some time. Both nations have nuclear arsenals unsurpassed by any other nation. And when one nation threatens to invoke a nuclear response to any international crisis is met with an identical threat in response does nothing to ease and diffuse the tensions between nations.

Ever since 1914 the world has been thrust into an era known by many religious leaders as the “Last Days”. All one has to do to realize this is open your eyes to actually see what is happening all around the world today. The greed, the lust and the hate of many have unleashed the tremors of violent repercussions we are witnessed to today. These have caused the rise of so many afflictions on mankind that have made our world that much closer to those last days. 

Many might agree it is a proven fact that mankind has yet been able to learn how to govern with empathy, compassion and benevolence in creating that more perfect union in nations. As we are seeing today in every part of the world populations are being denied the basic necessities of life. We are also seeing millions more unable to acquire the means to rise above the acute poverty they have been subjected to.  Millions the world over continue to languish in desperation awaiting a time when leaders will find ways to end their suffering only to find their pleas fall onto deaf ears of governments.

The escalating rhetoric of leaders from North Korea’s Kim Jong Un’s and Russia’s President Putin on the threat of using nuclear retaliations against nations has positioned the world that much closer to the Last Days.  And in response to those threats what does the US and other allies do?  We counter with nuclear threats of our own. We need to stop the insanity of what leaders of governments are doing and saying.

It was back in the 1980′s that a movie depicted the horror of what a nuclear confrontation would actually be like. It would be a good idea if every governmental leader around the world as well as military personal sit down and watch that movie called Threads. The unspeakable horror that is depicted in that movie is the realistic scenario of what happens during and after a nuclear strike. Even with the newest radioactive drugs populations would be sent back into the caves.

Today we still have time to avoid the worst-case scenario, but it takes a resolve from the public to realize that when leaders take it upon themselves to initiate responses that are known to have catastrophic consequences the public has an obligation to prevent leaders from doing so. The failure of the public to act when leaders become to possessed with their own dogma has unleaded terror through-out history.

In the 1930′s is a prime example of what happens when a leader became too possessed with an agenda that brought on World War II. The world cannot let leaders become instigators of global genocide. To do nothing while leaders continue to threaten the rest of the world with nuclear annulation is as criminal as those leaders themselves.
