After gasoline consumption reached its peak. After stock prices reached their peak,

(a) 102 million working-age Americans don’t have jobs. That doesn’t count
people working part time.
(b) 20% of all American families don’t have any employed members.
(c) Food stamps (SNAP) feed more than 46 million Americans. And many of those are working people, who aren’t getting enough hours, at enough pay, to feed their families.
