The policy of jail is domestic-violence on the American People and a violation of the Unalienable Rights of the American People.  Most people with a political science degree know about the Peoples Unalienable Rights that are declared in the Declaration of Independence, but most Americans are unaware of their Unalienable Rights that are not limited to life, liberty, and happiness. The States are an independent branch of government, declared in the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution, and the People are also an independent, coequal branch of government, yet the people you elect act like your masters when in reality, you are their masters. It is illogical that adults elect people they don’t even know and then the voters are treated like children from the government.  Eventually, the people in America will learn that the people in government are your slaves, and not your rulers.  In The Declaration of Independence, your Natural Rights are inalienable. If you wish to do drugs, that is your unalienable Right. The Unalienable Rights of the People are not limited to life, liberty, and happiness because the word among is in the second paragraph of of the Declaration of Independence.  If you do not vote, you declare you do not consent to be governed. That is your Declaration of Independence. The  Declaration of Independence created America, not the US Constitution. The  Declaration of Independence is the sovereign document of America and to YOUR Democracy. Laws violating your natural rights are unjust. If a judge can not understand the basics of America was created with the  Declaration of Independence, they are unfit for office and are acting in a corrupt manner for violating the American Peoples Natural Rights that are not limited to life, liberty, and happiness.  The People in government are YOUR slaves, and in the Preamble of the US Constitution, it states We The People.  The policy of jail is domestic-violence on the American People and a violation of the Unalienable Rights of the American People.  Power corrupts and the people, in government are corrupt for assaulting your Unalienable Rights that are not limited to life, liberty, and happiness.  The People in government assaulting  your Unalienable Rights is a form of domestic-violence and treason, as the war on drugs declared war on the American People.
