Kansas Icon Bob Dole Endorses Mike Pompeo

WICHITA, KS – Former U.S. Senator Bob Dole today announced his endorsement of fellow military veteran Mike Pompeo in the Kansas 4th District Congressional race.

“The control of Congress and the fiscal direction of our nation will be determined by the outcome of the November 2nd general election, and that is why I urge you to support Mike Pompeo for Congress in Kansas’ 4th District,” Dole said. “Mike literally knows what it takes to secure a border. He has created hundreds of Kansas jobs and has worked in two of the three primary industries in the 4th District. He is uniquely qualified to represent south central Kansas in Congress.”

Bob Dole represented Kansas in the U.S. Senate from 1969 to 1996.

“I am honored to have Senator Dole’s support,” Pompeo said. “Our campaign is surging because people know we need a Representative who stands up for Kansas, not one who stands up for the Obama-Pelosi agenda.”
