United States militarized police have seriously injured countless innocent Americans by shooting their genitals and backs of heads so the Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) at Standing Rock construction can proceed. The United States Army has taken temporary action to protect Americans by defending their human survival rights in the historic American battle at Standing Rock over the Dakota Access Pipeline and the United Nations has condemned newly elected President Trump-linked Energy Transfer Partners security forces’ “cruel and inhumane” treatment of protesters. This news follows Tuesday’s historic global protests against the pipeline. Energy Transfer CEO financial contributed to Trump’s campaign and Trump is an investor in Energy Transfer.
Trump had called for Americans to revolt to right the “great and disgusting injustice” and “disaster for a democracy” related to such corporations’ New World Order corporate rule while, unbeknown to supporters, was in bed with the NWO. He is expected to approve the controversial pipeline when in office, fueling potential violence as most Americans, the Army Corps, the UN, and increasingly more police and sheriffs stand with the people, law and order – against the pipeline, its corporate rule and criminality.
The 1,200-mile pipeline would carry 500,000 gallons of crude oil daily from North Dakota through South Dakota and Iowa to a distribution point in Illinois, where it would then be transported to other countries, including China.

Police Marking Numbers on Bodies
Police marking numbers on bodies of protesters detained in dog kennels has been a last straw for many Americans, including some police officers, sheriffs and other law enforcement officers, who stepped down. Millions are demanding that President Barack Obama intervene in the $3.8 billion Dakota Pipeline Access construction, the site of daily atrocities. Tuesday proved that the world is not only watching the corporate versus the people battle. People in over 300 cities across the globe rallied in solidarity with Americans being inhumanely abused for their attempt to secure their human right to water and Standing Rock Sioux sacred cultural sites.

The AFL-CIO announced formally supporting development of the Dakota Access oil pipeline, the project fiercely opposed by Native American tribes and environmentalists nationally. The $3.7 billion development has prompted mass protests led by members of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, who say their sovereignty would be trampled and the water supply for millions of people imperiled if the project continues.
In a statement Thursday, the AFL-CIO told three falshoods. It said the pipeline provides “high-quality jobs;” makes the U.S. “more competitive;” and “addresses the threat of climate change.”

The author apologizes for depicting a photo supposedly of Standing Rock with thousands of protesters. Cross-referencing on the image database TinEye.com shows the photo is a Getty Images photo of the Woodstock Music Festival, taken August 15, 1969, according to USUncut that asserts: "While the protests at the Dakota Access Pipeline construction site are important and should certainly be applauded, posting and sharing images claiming to show the protest without double-checking to make sure the photos are what they claim to depict actually undermine the cause of the protesters."

Fight Back News reports approximately 1000 people assembled at Colorado State Capitol on Sept. 8, in solidarity with Standing Rock indigenous people against Dakota Access Pipeline. "Four groups led by Native American organizers converged on the capitol, chanting, 'No more oil, keep it in the soil!' and 'Water is life!'”
"The pipeline will be about a half mile off the reservation, but it is still a treaty territory," said Molly Ryan-Kills Enemy of the Sicangu Lakota, from St. Francis, South Dakota, on the Rosebud Reservation. "They have already dug up on sacred ground, where many of our ancestors are lying. It’s about desecrating sacred ground, and how it’s going to impact our future generations and our earth.”
Ryan-Kills Enemy, the principle organizer of the event continued, “When those pipelines break, it will contaminate the water, and it will not be drinkable. We won’t have anything for our children. This isn’t just a Native American issue. It’s an earth issue, a human being issue.”
Ultimately, the message of the rally was one of unity, with many Native Americans reiterating that the fight against corporate power is a global matter.

The NoDAPL protest soared Wednesday with an announcement that LA rights defenders are targeting a new level to halt the pipeline, according to an email sent to Deborah Dupré.
“We will confront Citibank for their role in the pipeline project,” vowed LA activists, the nation’s premiere protesters. The action at Citibank is to be preceded by a short teach-in and sign making gathering.
“We will meet by the big water fountain, have open discussions on methods of nonviolent direct action and general DAPL issues, a water blessing, make signs and march to protest in front of CitiBank.”

Wed. 14.9.16: Petrochemical Military Police Unleash Bloody Terror on Fearless Indian War Recruits (Video)
Americans have before them at Standing Rock a hostile ordeal of a most grievous kind involving militarized police pointing semi-automatic weapons at the largest Native American gathering in over 100 years, over 1000 suffering in the struggle to protect America’s water.
Standing Rock Sioux allied tribal travelers and others have journeyed from across the nation and continent as far as Peru to peacefully protest a pipeline hazardous to human survival due to its inevitable poisoning millions of people downstream. Many citizens for months have sacrificed all comforts to halt the Dakota Access from its pipeline construction.
Pointing loaded semi-automatic weapons at the native Americans and allies from across the nation as far as Peru, militarized police made a mass arrest or 22 people Tuesday, starting with reporters.

Police issued a one-time warning to the “water protectors” that they would arrest any trespasser. This warning was after several people locked themselves to construction equipment in peaceful acts of civil disobedience Tuesday. Police claimed that people were interfering with equipment.

As Dupré reported last week, Google is censoring videos showing militarized police brutality, such as the one showing police stuffing a live person into one of their new live body bags. Facebook is also more heavily censoring videos, such as the one made of the riot police arresting the Dakota Access pipeline protesters at Standing Rock.

Last week, black shirts (private security guards) working for Dakota Access oil pipeline constriction unleashed vicious dogs on the protesters. Graphic photos showed protesters being treated for injuries from the attacks as menacing-looking dogs were brought to terrorize the protesters. The Standing Rock tribal spokesman said multiple protesters were pepper-sprayed and bitten, including a child.
Army Backs Dakota Access Chemical Mafia to Brazenly Target Protesters
The company’s spokeswoman told Heavy online news that “unwarranted violence occurred on private property under easement to Dakota Access Pipeline, resulting in injury to multiple members of our security personnel and several dogs” on September 3.
“As demonstrators came to stop the tractors, they had encountered private security armed with pepper spray, attack dogs, and zip ties. Warriors on the front line were attacked for protecting the land and water,” wrote one Facebook user. “Pregnant women were maced, young children and horses were attacked by dogs … the water provides life for the animals, the crops, the land, and millions of people.”
The North Dakota protest site at the reservation of the Standing Rock Sioux has grown into “the largest gathering of Native Americans in more than 100 years,” reports the BBC.
The North Dakota governor activated 100 National Guard troops on September 8 in advance of the expected Friday ruling by the federal judge, said Reuters.
Tensions have been growing for months surrounding the pipeline. There were reports of injuries on both sides — of people and dogs — as protesters and security clashed violently on September 3. The tribal chairman contended that burial grounds were destroyed and desecrated by bulldozers.
Democracy Now!’s Amy Goodman took one of the most widely shared videos of the dogs at the scene, now faces criminal trespassing charge, an assault on a free press.
The sole presidential candidate on the protest scene, Dr. Jill Stein, also faces a warrant for her arrest.
The Wall Street Journal reports the protests against the $3.8 billion pipeline have united “groups of Native Americans, landowners and environmentalists.”
#NoDAPL solidarity protests are slated across the United States.
In Dallas, TX the protest is outside of pipeline company Energy Transfer Partners HQ.

Who will protect us from our protectors?
With the national guard, militarized police and black shirts, it seems justifiable to be very concerned that there will be more blood shed. Indigenous people know best that humanity is on the cusp of self-destruction. They seem most prepared to defend their families and communities and Mother Earth fro that.
I hope all of these private security personnel and federal gov’t employees who are carrying out unconstitutional orders realize they will be hung with their masters. they should really think about who’s side they are on. no one is going to stop fighting the tyranny in this country. be sure to remind everyone of this. we will prevail. they will go down. Nuremburg like trials do not excuse crimes with a defense of “I was just following orders.”

Disabled Navy veteran Joseph Robertson, 77, of Basin, Montana, is now being “dieseled” (moved from federal prison to federal prison in the middle of the night without notice for purposes of harassment)! They (feds, USFS, and especially the EPA) charged this disabled veteran for violation of the Clean Water Act. The government contends that nine stock ponds affect approximately one-tenth (1/10) of an acre of discharged pollutants into the Jefferson River, nearly 60 miles away. “In simplified terms, the fracking process starts with a well that is drilled vertically or at an angle from the surface to a depth of 1 to 2 miles (1.6 to 3.2 kilometers) or more, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The vertical well is then encased in steel and/or cement to ensure the well doesn’t run the risk of leaking into any groundwater.
Once the vertical well reaches the deep layer of rock where natural gas or oil exists, the well curves about 90 degrees and begins drilling horizontally along that rock layer. Horizontal drilling can extend more than 1 mile (1.6 km) from the vertical well bore.
After the fracking well is fully drilled and encased, fracking fluid is pumped down into the well at extremely high pressure, in some cases exceeding 9,000 pounds per square inch (62,050 kilopascals). The pressure is powerful enough to fracture the surrounding rock, creating fissures and cracks through which oil and gas can flow.”
This is one of the most mentally flabbergasting topics I have knowledge of in my lifetime! They drill a mile vertically, and then another horizontally, and then force fracking fluids at high pressure to break up the firmament! They say “the fracking well is fully drilled and encased”. But the fracking fluids are shot out the end like a giant freak’n water-pic to break up the underlaying firmament! The fluids are only encased on their way down! Muahahahaha!

- 40,000 gallons of fracking chemicals
- 8 million gallons of water
- 600 chemicals used in the fracking fluid, including known carcinogens and toxins such as lead, benzene, uranium, radium, methanol, mercury, hydrochloric acid, ethylene glycol and formaldehyde
- fracking fluid is injected 10,000 feet through a drilled pipeline and then into the surrounding area
There are:
- 1.1 million active fracturing gas wells in the United States
- 72 trillion gallons of water needed to run current fracturing gas wells
- 360 billion gallons of chemicals needed to run current fracturing gas wells
- 300,000: barrels produced per day from fracking gas wells
- Only ~30 percent of the fracturing fluid is recovered; the rest is left in the ground and, is not biodegradable.

Didn’t Trump put Cheney and Kissinger (his shadow govt. handlers) in the white house (per order of the council of 13 shadow govt?). He must have been ordered by them to approve this.

Wow. You seem to have a firm handle on what’s happening with DAPL/ You mention “so many” veterans – but I don’t know how many altogether. They are not together on the scene now from what i understand from vets, but I just can’t tell how many are involved and will rally when the call is made. I know they’re very weary of the lies and lives lost for oil and ready to defend what they promised to defend – us. They, however, were not there to help with the latest round of shootings and other violence week before last when 76 more people were arrested.
