Vinnitsa: arrivals at the Ladyzhynska TPP, which was previously the target of Russian strikes. Power was also lost in the Lvov, Rivne and Volyn regions in western Ukraine, as well as in Kharkiv, Sumy, Zhytomyr, Poltava and Chernihiv.
