According to Chinese news sources, China’s real estate market has stabilized.
Some statistics show that in second tier and third tier cities, prices even had gone up. China’s investors are extremely fond of real estate investing, and many corrupted officials pocket their stolen wealth in real estate.
They do not trust stocks, and do not know how to (or are allowed to) invest in world markets. And they believe the central bank will stop tightening, and that interest rate hikes are out of the question.
