The Top momentum stocks are showing signs of reversal or fatigue as many are having false breakouts. Extended stocks need time to work through there extreme strength and setup for new leg. But many are on third or fourth leg of their uptrend, which makes breakouts prone to failure.

The big moves are earnings driven. FB is a prime example of that. A surprisingly good earnings has started a rally on it, that might last few months.
