TruTrace Technologies levels up to OTCQB Market

TruTrace Technologies Inc (CSE:TTT) (OTCMKTS:TTTSF), the blockchain company that tracks intellectual property in the cannabis industry, is stepping up its US stock listing.

Shares of the company are set to begin trading on the OTCQB Market on Tuesday, which is considered the middle tier of OTC listings. The stock will trade under the ticker symbol TTTSF.

“As our company continues to execute on its growth strategy, the United States market is becoming increasingly important both in terms of investor interest and strategic opportunities,” CEO Robert Galarza said. “The expansion of the legal cannabis market throughout the largest economy in the world should not be ignored in today’s market.”

Up until June 28, the Toronto-based company traded on the OTC Pink Market under the ticker BKKSF, in addition to its presence on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Additionally on Tuesday, the company also announced it had granted 1.5 million stock options to certain officers, directors and a consultant. The options are exercisable for five years at a price of C$0.25 per share.
