Recruiter.com Group introduces Recruiter Teams, a platform to connect its clients with job candidates faster

Recruiter.com Group Inc (OTCMKTS:RCRT), a network connecting employers to recruiters, has launched Recruiter Teams, an automated process that assembles teams of recruiters to quickly find candidates for its enterprise clients.

Specific teams are chosen for their ability to deliver on the types of skills that its clients are typically hiring for, and the first slate of companies to try the service includes some heavy hitters.

“Our first ten Recruiter Teams include many top name enterprise clients, including NRG Energy, Ford, CenturyLink and Xcel Energy,” President of Recruiting Rick Roberts said in a statement. “We are excited to see multiple placements come from the new teams in our initial testing period and look forward to building on our success with new enterprise clients.”

Recuiter.com works by distributing jobs to a specialized network of more than 11,000 recruiters. By successfully placing people in jobs, independent recruiters within the network can drive earnings, in addition to receiving incentives such as Recruiter Reward Points.

A dedicated team of recruiters should enhance that process even more, the Houston-based company said.

“We are excited to launch Recruiter Teams and look forward to driving successful talent delivery for our enterprise clients,” CEO Miles Jennings said in a statement. “We are confident that by collaborating with close-knit teams through our platform, we will increase the speed and match quality of our candidate submissions and further improve engagement and communication with our network of recruiters.”
