Phunware showcases third quarter contract wins, including a deal with Verizon

Phunware Inc (NASDAQ:PHUN), a mobile app development platform, announced a summary list Thursday of its third quarter customer contract wins in advance of its full quarterly results. 

The most high-profile contract award was a new customer win with Verizon Communications Inc (NYSE:VZ). 

Other new and existing customer wins include American Made Media Consultants — the company coordinating ad buys for President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign — as well as Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas, Baptist Health South Florida, Buffalo Heights, Cedar-Sinai, Datum Tech, Freefire Media, Macerich Company (NYSE:MAC), Parkview Health and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

“We are very excited by continued forward progress in our core business with meaningful new customer logos and engagements,” CFO Matt Aune said in a statement. “We are happy to see a wide distribution of contract wins across many of our core verticals as we continue to grow and diversify our customer base and drive towards cash neutrality by year end.”

Aune said that the company plans to release third quarter financial results in November.
