Plurilock Security inks OEM deal with Untangl to resell its cybersecurity offerings

Plurilock Security Inc (CVE:PLUR) (OTCQB:PLCKF) announced that it has reached an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) agreement with Baco Holdings, a contact center technology solutions provider doing business under the name Untangl, to integrate and resell Plurilock’s cybersecurity products.

The deal will provide Plurilock’s technology offerings to a variety of North American organizations that require a strong cybersecurity infrastructure in order to provide secure remote work access to their large user bases, the company said. Plurilock’s identity assurance products will be incorporated into its comprehensive contact center solutions platform, which is currently in development.

“This agreement advances our channel-led strategy in the new normal of remote work where companies permit their employees and staff to work at different locations,” Plurilock CEO Ian Paterson said in a statement.

“Remote operations are essential to companies that rely on extensive information exchange between critical stakeholders,” he added. “Plurilock’s cybersecurity products will protect employees from falling victim to security breaches during remote work, ensuring the safe flow of information within these businesses.”

Broadly speaking, Untangl delivers technology solutions designed to simplify customer and agent interactions for businesses that have high-volume contact center organizations, including business process outsourcing (BPO) companies.

The idea is to enable more efficient communication between businesses and their customers, with a particular focus on contact center employees.
