KushCo Holdings reveals the future leadership team following its merger with Greenlane Holdings

KushCo Holdings Inc (OTCQX:KSHB) announced the names of the executives who will lead the company once it completes its pending merger with Greenlane Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:GNLN) (FRA:G67).

As previously announced, current KushCo CEO Nick Kovacevich will lead the combined company as Chief Executive Officer, while Greenlane co-founder Aaron LoCascio will serve as President and Greenlane’s Bill Mote and Adam Schoenfeld will become the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, respectively.    

“We are thrilled to be assembling a best-in-class leadership team with decades of combined experience in cannabis and CPG. Collectively, we will form a leading ancillary cannabis company in our industry,” KushCo Holdings CEO Nick Kovacevich said in a statement.

“This team is fully capable of leading the combined organization and executing on our core strategies, which include building a world-class product and service platform, cross-selling to our complementary customer bases, and providing enhanced value to our amazing customers as they continue to expand and as the industry continues to evolve,” Kovacevich added.

KushCo said the new leadership team will focus on delivering revenue and cost synergies, growing profitability, and maximizing value for all shareholders.  

Other executives joining the combined company include:

• William (Bill) Bine, Chief Operating Officer;
• Rhiana Barr, Chief People Officer;
• Douglas Fischer, General Counsel;
• Richard Finlow, Managing Director, Europe;
• Michael Cellucci, President CPG Sales; and
• Andrew Goodman, SVP Packaging.

The company said additional senior leadership positions will be named at a later date.

KushCo added that it expects the merger to close by late 2Q or early 3Q 2021.

KushCo Holdings has established itself as a premier provider of ancillary products and services to the global cannabis and CBD industries.

The company has been operating for more than 10 years, selling more than one billion units to growers, processors, producers, and brands across North America, South America, and Europe.
