ES Morning Update September 22nd 2023

The selling continued yesterday with no bounces at all. Once that triangle broke it caused a waterfall drop. I could kick myself for missing it because I wanted to short from a quick squeeze after the FOMC, which never came. So I now watch and wait for some new setup to appear, which might take a few weeks as we are in the most bearish period of the month, and it’s not likely that any rally up will stick. They will all be sold until the bearish period ends and the bullish Seasonality turns bullish. It might look like what’s on the chart below.

The Seasonality Chart shows that we don’t start the bullish period until the end of the first week of October roughly. That suggests somewhere around the 9th the market enters the bullish period, which means we have 2 more weeks left in a bearish period. A lot could happen during that period, and the market could go even lower between now and then.

While you can’t see it on the chart above the 200 day simple moving average is around 4200 on the SPX, and you can bet that’s a magnet for the market. It’s widely watched by the big boys, so I would not be surprised if that’s where the market is going to. Of course that’s not going to be a straight drop as they never make it easy.

There will be bounces, and they could be very strong, but overall it’s looking like the market is heading to the 200 SMA over the next 2 weeks. Since the last 2 days look like a wave 3 of some degree the next 2 weeks should be choppy as the wave 4 and 5 play out. Have a great weekend.

NO VIRUS ISOLATED

Coronavirus does not exist. No “virus” has ever been isolated and there is no scientific evidence to prove that a “virus” named “Coronavirus” is causing Covid-19. Now let’s examine the evidence.

Through an FOI (Freedom of Information) request, Gemma O’Doherty, an Investigative Journalist in Ireland, obtained documented proof from the Department of Health in November, stating that the UK Government has no evidence whatsoever that a “virus” called “Coronavirus” exists. O’Doherty said this is “The greatest fraud perpetrated on humanity”.
