The Cup Of Porridge Program Has Begun Feeding Ugandan Children In Three Churches With Many Others Now Requesting To Have Their Kids Fed

God is using NTEB to enable foreign missionaries like Irad Birsch to minister to the children in Uganda with a cup of porridge and the gospel!

Our missionary in Uganda, Irad Birsch, wrote me the other day, with a praise report that has him smiling from ear to ear. He said “According to my today’s experience, children will increase and I will find the cup of porridge program feeding thousands and thousands of children. Some of the neighboring churches that heard about this, have already began sending in their requests, they want this in their churches as well. So pray for this program to have more support because the thing is gonna be so big.” Praise the Lord!

“And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.” 1 Corinthians 13:13 (KJB)

You’ve heard a lot about the Cup Of Porridge Program over the past few weeks, and so far it is exceeding our initial expectations. Feeding all these children every Sunday morning, filling their bellies so they will be open and attentive when the gospel is preached that day at church. DL Moody once said that it was like God was saying to him, “Moody, save all you can!” and that’s exactly how I feel as the Lord continues to put more and more on our plate. There may be no national or international revival happening in our day, but there absolutely is at NTEB as thousands of people pray and support our various outreaches. I’ve waited a lifetime to be used of God at this level, and I am “all in” and pray that it not only continues but expands. I know that’s your prayer as well.

Next week, I will have an update on the Bibles Behind Bars Program that will really blow you away, the response we are getting is, for us, without precedent. Please keep me in your prayers as I will be traveling to the Port Saint Lucie Jail next Thursday to minister there.
