My husband and I just finished a kitchen makeover, and dang, y’all. Redoing the kitchen is not cheap. I am still in sticker shock, but our kitchen is still in need of a few touches to finish it up. Since we splurged on a fancy recycled sink and counter tops, I want to do the rest of our kitchen decor on the cheap. These are some of the kitchen decor ideas that we have been kicking around.

1. Recycled Typographic Art – Create custom typographic art for your kitchen by raiding your recycling bin.

2. Pillowcase Tea Towels – Pillowcases from the thrift store are just the right size for creating cute tea towels. You can even print or stencil them with custom designs. Just make sure that you choose pillowcases that are made with an absorbent material, because you want these tea towels to be functional!
