Below are a few tips to help you along your journey to a more meaningful meditation.   Meaningful Meditation Tip #1 – Isolation Helps Isolation helps when it comes to meditation. Try to find a spot where you won’t only be alone, but where no one can interrupt you. This can be difficult for some, but it is possible. If you have nowhere to go home, try meditating in your car – or even in a bathroom. When you’re alone, you can truly begin to empty your mind.   Meaningful Meditation Tip #2 – Know Your Rhythms There’s a right time and a wrong time to meditate. If you know you’re going to fall asleep when you close your eyes at night, you might want to meditate during the day. If you know you’re too keyed up in the morning to relax, you might want to meditate later on.
