What is more cool that this an ocean plastic backpack! Launched and funded on Kickstarter the Solgarrd backpack is made from ocean plastics collected from the Maldives. The plastic is melted into pellets, made into yarn.. and voila a fabric which results in the DayPack!

Each backpack helps to clean up 5 pounds of trash. They have lined up suppliers in the Philippines one of the most beach trashed countries.
