Chest Flies

Developing chest muscles is easily down with the chest flies. They really work on the outer muscles. With your bench inclined, lie on it facing up. Grip in each hand a dumbbell. Place your hands above your abdomen and touching each other. As you raise your arms up to the shoulders, hold your arms so that your elbows arch out and away from the body. Briefly hold there, then move your arms back to the start. A slow and methodical movement is the best way to perform chest flies.
