1. Stand erect with your feet apart at should width, with your knees inside your arms and your feet flat on the floor.

2. Grab the bars while your shoulders are positioned slightly on it and pulled back by the extending knees.

3. While maintaining the constant angle of your back, you lift the bar straight up. The bar must be kept close to your body while your shoulders are directly over it.

4. Place your body to the start position.
