How to Develop Forearm Muscle in Five Steps

Lets learn how to develop forearm muscle in five steps. Two major muscle groups exist to define forearms. The ones that are at the top of your forearms help you extend your arm upwards. The ones at the bottom help you flex. Bend your wrist downward to see them. Most weight lifting exercises will always work your forearms because of the way you grip the weights. The following exercises will develop them more.
Step 1: Reverse Curls
These exercises target your brachioradialis, which begins under your bicep and goes down to the front of your forearm. Start by getting a pair of dumbbells to start and move your feet apart, while holding the dumbbells in front of your thighs and your palms facing you. Raise the dumbbells while bending your elbows. Squeeze for an instant and lower the weights to the starting position. Remember to keep the upper arms against your body.
Step 2: Reverse Wrist Curls
Do these while on the edge of a bench. Lay your forearms across your thighs and hold a barbell overhand. Bending your wrists, let the barbell hand in front of your knees. Keep your forearms still and bend your wrists and lift the barbell as high as you can. Squeeze for a second and go back to step one.
Step 3: Wrist Flexion
Turn your arm around and position yourself on the edge of a bench as you would for doing a wrist extension, which the difference being your palms facing up. With a barbell in your hands, bend your wrists so your palms face away from both knees. Bend your wrists and curl up the bar to contract your forearm muscles until the palms face your body. Squeeze quickly and bring the barbell to the start position and repeat the exercises.
Step 4: Working Forearms
Hold your upper arms straight and bend your wrists forward to your side. Squeeze instantaneously and return to the start while you bend them sideways.
Squish again and go back to the front. Keep going back and forth.
Step 5: Knuckle Push-Ups
A good way to develop forearms is to do knuckle push-ups. This will improve your punching power as well. Put your fists right under your shoulders, on the floor, and curl your toes inward under your feet, just as a regular pushup and to a pushup as you tighten your core and keep a straight back. Slowly lower your body until your chest is three inches above the floor. Then, push your chest back up.
