What nonsense. The people who run pharmaceutical companies, and the people who own equity in them*, get sick like everyone else. They have every incentive to find new drugs for treating diseases, especially when they or their family members come down with them.

* I own some equity in pharmaceutical companies indirectly through a mutual fund which invests in health care-related stocks.

I wish it was nonsense advancedatheist but unfortunately it is very true. There is no money in cures and this is the biggest conspiracy against mankind. To believe that your government or large corporations like Big Pharma, Big Agri (Monsanto) etc…the banking industry care about YOU or mankind in any way is pure folly. Follow the money….and stop wearing your rose colored glasses and wake up because it is people like you that help these monsters prosper…they count on dupes like you.

It’s no accident that over 100,000 Americans die from correctly prescribed drugs every year. It’s no accident pharmaceutical companies are regularly caught rigging their scientific studies.

It’s no accident the top 10 pharmaceutical companies make more profit than all of the other Fortune 500 companies combined. It’s all about power, profits and control. Why cure people when symptomatic treatment makes people lifelong patients & their final coup de gras is the elderly care massive rip off at the end of life. Americans fiercely guard their ignorance and the result is their own demise.

I’ve never taken any of their drugs and never will. If I need medicine my first port of call is the Chinese apothecary. If they have medicine for your condition it actually cures it, rather than mask the problem turning you into a life long cash cow.

He’s is telling the truth. I worked in healthcare as a manager, and ran a clinical trial for Ely Lily. I got sent to Puerto Rico to be trained in how to run the trial. I can tell you exactly how they get honest people to do their dirty work. The last hope for our patients, the “cutting edge” of therapy…. You overlook a lot to try to get your patient this kind of opportunity.
I did not realize what I had become until I got prescribed SSRIs. When I got forced down that rabbit hole by life threatening side effects, I gained a whole new insight into the training I had received.

A story of an Native American Elder: He and other “healers” as the AMA recognize them were invited to a conference in DC. After three days of listening to AMA members, the “healers” were asked if they have any comments.
The elder stands up and says, “For 3 days all we hear is how you treat symptoms for illness. What do you to treat the root of the problem?”
