Pizza without a doubt is one of the greatest meals ever created. It is also can be one of one of the most undesirable in terms of being unhealthy. Home delivery pizzas are filled with calories, carbs and also unhealthy fat. Having more than a few pieces at a time can diminish your health as well as adding a layer of additional fat to your body.

With this low carb pizza creation, you don’t have to give up your favorite meal!

What if I were to tell you that you could have a guilty-free pizza pie that was low in carbs, reduced in calories, and needed no flour whatsoever? You’re probably thinking, well the idea sounds great but I’m sure it would taste disgusting. As a healthy pizza lover myself, I can assure you that if you follow this simple recipe … you’re really going to enjoy this!

Low Carb Pizza Made With A Cauliflower Crust …

Yes, sounds crazy, right? Well, it works and it’s good!

Ingredients Needed:

1 Cup Grated Cauliflower
1 Cup Mozzerella Cheese
1 Egg (free range of course)
Teaspoon of Himalayan Pink Salt
1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon of Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon of Olive Oil

Pre-Heat Your Oven to 450

First, take a head of cauliflower and using either a cheese grater, food processor, or blender to get a few cups worth of grainy looking substance. Do not over process or over blend, as you don’t want to end up with a liquid or puree. The cauliflower needs to resemble dough and should look like little grains of rice.

Now, take your cauliflower grain creation, put it on a cooking sheet and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. While your cauliflower is baking, mix in a large bowl your remaining ingredients; one egg, one cup mozzarella, the himalayan pink salt, oregano, olive oil and garlic.

As soon as the cauliflower is done cooking, combine it with the rest of your ingredients in the large bowl and mix until you get a doughy consistency. Then, spread into a pizza shape and place on a pizza skillet or cookie sheet, sprayed with coconut oil cooking spray.

Prepare the crust in the oven for 12-15 minutes until it’s hardened to your liking.

Once your crust is done, include your sauce and add your favorite toppings. I recommend going light on additional cheese given that the crust will already have a cheezy flavor. Finally, put your low carb pizza back in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese you added has melted.

That’s it! You should allow it to cool for roughly 5 minutes before enjoying your delicious low carb pizza. I have also included a fantastic pizza sauce recipe below that will add incredible taste to your creation.

Here’s What You Need:

12 oz of Tomato Paste
1 Cup of Water
Tsp and a Half of Honey
Tsp of Oregano
1/2 Tsp of Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 Tsp of Basil
1/2 Tsp of Garlic
Himalayan Pink Salt to taste (Approx 1 Teaspoon).
Fresh Ground Pepper (Approx 1 Tsp).

Mix everything in a bowl and then refrigerate for least thirty minutes.
