I will not be able to see her on Sunday, so I spent it with her on Saturday. I picked up my mom in the late morning and went to a real nice resort hotel restaurant where they have a real nice breakfast buffet. By the time we got there it was about 9:30 am. I ate 2 large plates of food. I ate a lot with the intention of eating only 1 meal for the day. The day went smooth and I had a great time with mom. No movement on the scale today. No cravings or stomach problems. My teeth are not sore, but still a little sensitive to cold water. I am feeling really good about about my zero carb journey so far and feel comfortable with this choice. I know that I can do this for life. Morning fast: water

only meal: 2 all meat omelets, several slices of bacon, several slices of ham, 6 breakfast sausage links, 6 scrambled eggs, water and coffee.
