#1: Jump on your Bike

It lets you feel the wind and experience nature all around you in ways that can’t be done when driving a car or sitting on a bus seat. #2: Head to the Links

When you walk an entire 18-hole golf course, you will burn 100 calories within your first few holes and a lot more by hole 18. Not interested in hunting down your stray ball in the woods, no problem. How about a round of miniature golf, it certainly won’t be as intense, but it will be enough to burn 100 calories.
