I believe it was Jesse Ventura that originally came out with how the disease was
created in a government lab. It was in one of Jesse’s conspiracy videos.

The lab on a small island off the coast of Connecticut has since been decommissioned
and a new Bio hazard lab has been built in the our nations beef heartland of Kansas.
if I remember correctly! This is scary stuff.
