CENSORED news: Amazon removes anti-pharma educational films from its platform

(NaturalHealth365) We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: in today’s media world, it’s getting harder and harder to gain access to natural health news via Google and other online platforms.  Nowhere is this more true than for news calling into question the safety and validity of vaccines.

Now, following a recent business report from CNN, and in the face of growing pressure from bullish policymakers like Congressman Adam Schiff, Amazon, Google, and other digital platforms are ramping up their censorship of any information critical of vaccines.

Disturbing letter written to Jeff Bezos: Remove critical films about vaccines or else…

In a recent letter to Jeff Bezos of Amazon, Congressman Schiff writes: “The algorithms which power social media platforms and Amazon’s recommendations are not designed to distinguish quality information from misinformation or misleading information and, as a result, harmful anti-vaccine messages have been able to thrive and spread.” 

Letters like this reveal that Congressman Schiff and others are far too willing to make significant leaps in logic, and point to an obvious level of intellectual dishonesty surrounding the vaccine safety issue.

That is, it may be accurate to say that digital media algorithms aren’t clearly distinguishing between appropriate and “misleading” information.  But it’s wholly inaccurate to lump in all the information about how vaccines are harmful into the “misleading” category – with absolutely no regard to how legitimate this information may be!

This obstruction of information is not limited to Amazon, either. Congressman Schiff sent similar incendiary and politically-motivated letters to Google and Facebook, as well.

And NaturalHealth365 recently reported on the same kind of blatant censorship going on at YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest.

Looks like Amazon and the mainstream media will quickly concede to governmental pressure – in order to survive

Sadly, these calls to censorship, which sound a lot like infringements on the freedom of speech, are falling on politically correct (not deaf) ears.

Multiple news outlets are reporting that Amazon’s popular streaming service Amazon Prime is no longer allowing paying customers to watch anti-vaccination documentaries like, “Vaxxed: From Cover-Up to Catastrophe.”

Books making the case against vaccines, including Kindle eBooks, are currently still available via Amazon – but, the billion dollar company is getting pressure to remove these, as well.

The questions that American consumers must now ask are:

• Who is deciding what constitutes “misleading” information or “phony miracle cure[s]”?
• Why is it becoming socially acceptable to impede or even criminalize those who wish to disseminate information promoting natural health and disease prevention (let alone information highlighting the major consequences of vaccines)?
• Who stands to profit from this sort of “Fahrenheit 451-esque” censorship?
• Lastly, why are people so afraid of consumers seeing the vaccine data for themselves and coming to their own conclusions?

The pushback against the conventional vaccine narrative of ‘safe and effective’ is quite strong, perhaps stronger than ever.  More and more people are waking up the importance of protecting their health by questioning everything that goes into the body.  It’s always best to make an informed decision about our own healthcare.
