Several things wrong here. First of all, oats are anti-nutrient and must be soaked overnight or longer to remove phytic acid. Second, you want to make a breakfast FEAST and we are warned in the Bible beware when your Princes FEAST in the morning.
No, it should be the opposite. Eat breakfast like a pauper (several doughnuts OK ) your lunch like a prince (dozen doughnuts alright ) and your dinner like a king or a dough nut. (all the doughnuts you want ).
Besides, don’t you health nuts like to be natural? You should realize the caveman had to go hunt for his dinner and that often took all day. He had no time for a feast in the morning. He couldn’t run after and feel lazy and would starve by mid-afternoon. Besides, there would be only leftovers to eat if he caught anything the previous day.
So it would be natural the end of the day was his biggest meal.
